Deeds	$36.00 Document Fee, $10.00 per Page Fee plus $5.00 per each tax parcel number. Additional $40.00 if non-conforming.
Misc. Documents	$36.00 Document Fee, $10.00 per Page Fee plus $7.00 for each marginal notation.
Mortgages	$36.00 Document Fee, $10.00 per Page Fee. Additional $40.00 if non-conforming.
Plots	$35.00 per page (up to 26.5" x 36") plus $36.00 document fee. $60.00 per page (over 26.5" x 36") plus $36.00 document fee.
