Commissioner Paul Hertz, 6th Levy Court District Representative is serving his first term.

Commissioner Hertz is a native Kent Countian and 1983 graduate of the Caesar Rodney School District.  He served four years as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Marine Corps.  Shortly after, he entered the construction field, advancing to his current postion of Superintendent.

Commissioner Hertz has a son Kyle, and is grandfather to Landon and Stella.
