Starting October 6, 2011 the Commission rate for Sheriff Sales is 4% with a minimum cap of $500 and a maximum cap of $10,000.

Starting July 7, 2011 all Foreclosure Sales and Monition Sales will be held at the Kent County Administrative Complex, 555 Bay Road, Dover, DE in room 203, Levy Court Chambers at 10:am.
